Exploring the evolution of customer experience.
With the pandemic, plenty of businesses needed to reinvent themselves to survive. Many of which didn’t know much about the ever-changing digital consumer behaviors.
Fortunately for them, Adobe launched Adobe Experience Forum: a virtual initiative where many of the company experts shared their knowledge about the digital world. Helping business owners thru multiple online conferences.
And they wanted us to design the identity for the event.

THE JOB
A digital event to fuel digitalization.
Attendants to this virtual gathering could learn directly from the experts about different techniques to improve the digital experience for their customers.

With that in mind, we developed a campaign to communicate that this forum would be an experience fully remote, but full of learning. Key to the innovation of any businesses.
To do so, we created a virtual lobby, dynamic videos, and a custom emailing campaign. All of which helped attract business owners from different categories, inviting them to register for the event.
A welcoming experience.
The identity we designed for this project was inspired by the Adobe Color Palette, harmonized with icons and multiple graphic elements based on the topics to be discussed during the event.
Highlighting the areas of expertise for each speaker.
