Create your own animal kingdom! Coloring and drawing are one of the easiest ways to express yourself and expand your creativity, with the right instrument it can also help develop fine motor skills and make it easier to learn to write.
Pelikan, always honoring its tradition to create the best article for children development, launched a new line of coloring instruments by the name of Combino and came to us to help them create a fantastic marketing campaign.

Combino's tagline is Mix + Match
Which is a reference to the animals printed in the body of the pencil that can be swapped with any other of the animals, this is aimed to encourage children's imagination.
So using this feature, we produced animated characters that changed part of their bodies, resulting in amazing new animals.
Our character design was done with simple forms, with flat, bright eye-catching colors and hints of paper-like texture.
We also created the story-line for a video where these characters dwell mostly in the savanna, with its typical trees, open skies, clouds, vines, and big plant leaves, all elements that we use as props for every other communication channel.
